After you create your custom metal art, it goes straight through a high-end cutting process where it gets designed, programmed, and cut by top-line Wallily Corp fiber lasers.
Once the metal is clean and cut, an effective powder coating system takes place. The design is hung and put through an automated powder line coming out in a top-notch fashion.
The end product is a long-lasting premium quality carbon steel and powder-coated sign. An ideal decoration for hanging indoors as well as outdoors, thanks to super durable and waterproof material.
As a final step, signs get covered up with polyester or epoxy powder. Heat is applied to fuse into a protective layer, a process that ensures the metal items from ever rusting or tarnishing.
